Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)
Made to order
Every item is printed fresh when you order. This helps us reduce waste and keep quality high. Because different products can be made in different facilities, your order may ship in more than one package. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers when that happens.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping yet.
Processing time (before shipping)

Standard production time: 2–5 business days.

During peak seasons or large sales, production can take a little longer. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping time (after processing)

Contiguous U.S. (lower 48): typically 3–8 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: please allow an additional 7–12 business days beyond standard transit times.
Example: If a hoodie ships to California, total time is production (2–5 business days) + transit (3–8 business days). If the same hoodie ships to Puerto Rico, add 7–12 extra business days to the transit estimate.
Shipping fees

Free shipping on U.S. orders $125+ (after discounts, before tax).

Flat rate $6.95 on orders under $125.
Why this helps: We do our best to keep your costs predictable, even when an order includes multiple items or split shipments.
Split shipments
If your order includes items made in different facilities, they will ship separately. You will not be charged extra beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout. Each package gets its own tracking.
Order changes & address corrections
We start making your item quickly. If you need to update or cancel:

Contact us at contact@liftinthedarkness.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change needed.

If production has already begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

If the shipping address is incorrect and the package returns to sender, we can reship once the correct address is provided; additional shipping charges may apply.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed as soon as each package ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement after the label is created.
Delays & delivery issues
Weather events, carrier disruptions, and high-volume periods can affect transit times.
If your package shows “delivered” but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors and around the delivery area.

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early).

Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@liftinthedarkness.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right with a replacement or an appropriate solution.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
Most items can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses, but some oversized products or carriers may have restrictions. If there’s an issue fulfilling to your address, we’ll reach out for alternatives.
