Every order is made to order.
Our products are created individually when you place your order — not pulled from a shelf. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
We’re upfront about that. We’re equally serious about standing behind what we ship.
If something arrives wrong, we’ll handle it.
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or misprinted — contact us. We look at every situation individually and will work with you toward a resolution that’s fair, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or something else that makes sense.
To get started, email us at contact@liftinthedarkness.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of what happened
No runaround. If there’s a legitimate problem, we want to fix it.
What we can’t cover:
• Sizing or fit preferences — please check the size guide before ordering
• Color variation due to monitor or screen differences
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
• Issues reported after the 14-day window
Lost or stolen packages:
Once a carrier marks an order delivered, it’s outside our hands. If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t turned up, check with neighbors or your local post office first. Reach out and we’ll do what we can from our end.
